Domestic Equity Listing & Trading
BISX provides a listing and trading facility for the securities of domestic issuers. Companies are admitted to listing after meeting certain listing criteria set forth by BISX in its listing Rules. Once listed, BISX broker-dealer Members can trade an issuer’s securities.
Mutual Funds
In April 2001 BISX launched its Mutual Fund Listing Facility. The listing facility is targeted at meeting the needs of international investors, who may require the extra visibility afforded by a listing on an established Securities Exchange as a basis for their choice of investment vehicle. BISX has therefore established a user-friendly, fast-track listing service which engages qualified listing sponsors to ensure the highest quality of service for its mutual fund listings.
