In order to effectively operate and manage its markets, BISX produces and publishes a set of rules which apply to all of its market participants equally. All BISX Rules are disseminated to the wider industry for consultation and, thereafter, approved by the BISX Board of Directors and, then, finally by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas.
