Emera Incorporated Dividend Notice (May 2020)
Emera Incorporated has declared dividends of CAD$0.153125 per Bahamas Depository Receipt (CAD$0.6125 per common share of Emera), payable to depositary receipt holders of record as at May 1, 2020 will be delayed until on or before May 29, 2020, that due to logistical challenges with its intermediary bank related to Covid-19.
